Porto / Largo Hotel (Portugal)

A sophisticated open-concept kitchen designed for a luxury hospitality setting, executed in premium stainless steel with seamless integration of professional equipment.

Scope included
• Careful dismantling and protected storage during renovation
• Precise reinstallation and repositioning after floor works
• Integration of professional cooking systems and equipment
• Custom stainless steel fitting and detailing
• Electrical and plumbing connections
• Induction system optimization and troubleshooting
• Hygienic finishing, testing, and commissioning

Executed works

The project was carried out in two phases. First, the complete kitchen was carefully dismantled, disconnected and stored to allow floor replacement by third parties. In the second phase, the full kitchen was reinstalled, reconnected and technically optimized.

Particular attention was given to the induction systems, where troubleshooting, rewiring and performance improvements were required to ensure reliable operation. Final fitting, hygienic detailing and precise finishing were essential to bring the kitchen back to full operational standard.

Hotel De Draak (Netherlands)

Hotel kitchen concept.

Executed works: installation of custom stainless steel furniture and worktops, hood installation, ventilation ducting and rooftop motors, integration and connection of induction systems, cooking appliances, fryers, dishwashers, sinks, plumbing connections, electrical equipment and LED lighting, followed by precise final fitting, sealing and full operational handover. 

In open kitchens, the installation becomes part of the guest experience.

Le Roannay, Francorchamps (Belgium)

Michelin-star restaurant kitchen with premium Induchef cooking suite and custom stainless execution.  Executed works: full transport, delivery, installation and final execution of the complete professional kitchen supplied by Bossuyt, including custom stainless steel furniture, the premium Induchef cooking suite, induction systems, teppanyaki units with water baths, fryers, dishwashing area, spoon rinse sinks, electrical and plumbing connections, precise fitting, silicone finishing, hygienic detailing, final testing and full operational handover. Ventilation hoods and rooftop motors were excluded from our scope.  In Michelin-level kitchens, every detail matters.
