Delivering Your Project

When you engage us to design, install, refurbish or service a kitchen, we process personal data belonging to you and to the people representing your business, in order to plan and carry out the works, coordinate with your team and other contractors on site, and invoice for the work.

This data is processed to fulfil our contract with you and to comply with our accounting and tax obligations. It is stored for up to ten years after the contract expires or terminates, in line with legal retention requirements and the period during which claims may be brought.

Working With Suppliers and Subcontractors

Where a project requires equipment, materials or specialist trades, we process the contact details of the people we work with at supplier and subcontractor organisations, and we may share your site details with them where this is necessary to carry out the works.

We process this data to fulfil our contractual obligations and on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering projects properly. It is retained for the duration of the working relationship and for up to ten years afterwards.
